Learning Strategies and Interventions
We value that students will not all learn at different rates for a variety of reasons. However, we firmly believe that all students can learn with effort and by utilizing variety of learning strategies and or interventions.

- 1. Chunking the words into smaller groups for learning and testing.
- 2. Tutoring and or RTI time for games and learning activities.
- 3. A learning Contract for extending the learning time for the words.
- 4. Option for a learning contract pick the essential words for the student

Course Content and Strategies:
- 1. RTI or tutoring time during seminar
- 2. Tutoring time outside of school for games, extra time to read, and
- 3. More Guided Reading Questions for annotating texts and or a different
- 4. A learning contract for catching up on work and extended help with
